What are the rental’s opening hours?
Daily from 6:00 to 18:00 (in season). An early start is the best way to enjoy an empty trail and a free parking spot — on summer weekends it’s best to arrive before 9:00.
Can I return the bike after closing time?
Yes — if you’re coming back from the trail after 18:00, let our staff know when you rent, and we’ll arrange a convenient after-hours return.

Can I turn up without a booking?
Yes — off season you’ll usually rent on the spot. In season and at weekends, bikes and parking spots can run out within a few hours. An online booking secures both in one go — available 24/7.

The trail to the hut is about 8.5 km — gravel-and-stone, steep in places. A mountain bike is the choice for active riders — 50–70 minutes one way at an easy pace. I’m not very fit — will I make it to the hut?
Yes — take an e-bike with a Bosch motor. The assist evens out the climbs and you’ll reach the hut in 35–45 minutes without getting out of breath, whatever your form.
We’re riding with a child — what should we choose?
Children who ride on their own: a 16″ or 20″ e-bike. Younger ones: a trailer or a child seat. Children’s helmets are included. Family offer.
Can I pay by card?
Yes — we accept cards and cash. Settle up conveniently on site.
Do you deliver bikes?
Yes — we deliver electric bikes free of charge up to 15 km when you rent 2 or more (e.g. Zakopane, Kościelisko, Witów). Details or call: 519 107 729.
